All our classes are for young adults, adults and seniors. They are Gentle and beginner and very therapeutic in nature. Learn to heal in mind and body to release stress with authentic traditional and therapeutic yoga techniques. Our meditation sessions are great for stress management and relaxation.
For the class, You will need:
A yoga mat or a Chair without wheels and no hand rest.
A water bottle
Have loose and comfortable clothing for yoga/meditation
No loose Jewelry
No heavy foods 90 minutes prior to class
