We are now offering Gentle yoga and Meditation and pranayam live and online sessions.

Pratibha Jani is an experienced and Certified Yoga and Meditation instructor and a C-IAYT registered Yoga therapist. This is a traditional Yoga Practice and all our learnings and teachings come from the ancient, traditional, authentic sources from the ancient Indian Rishis(spiritual teachers/the wise men-women) including Patanjali's Yoga sutras and Bhagwad Gita.
