Pratibha's yoga classes are the BEST I've ever taken. I attended classes with her years ago at the West Morris YMCA. With the quarantine I'm now taking online classes. Those class times are the highlight of my day!

I have been a student of Pratibha Jani for many years. She is extremely competent and thorough, but that is just the beginning. Pratibha makes each student feel that her attention is focused on them, and it is. Even in this Co-Vid19 situation and having online classes, Pratibha keeps her eyes on each and every one of her students. She encourages and gently guides her students through the warm-up, practice and relaxation that I look forward to so much. If you have the opportunity to take a yoga class with Pratibha, please do so, your body will thank you...I know that mine does.

She is a great Yoga Instructor who guides you through steps very meticulously without stretching too much or pushing beyond individual limits. Very consistent in her instructions. I have been going for Yoga with her for past 8 months and greatly appreciate her approach. Would highly recommend her!!

I really love the class... It's great for beginners like me. The instructor gives step by step instructions and guides you throughout. It's great to relieve stress and improves balance.

Just want to express my gratitude for your Meditation session. I lost my companion and best friend a year ago and suffered terribly with panic attacks, which I had never experienced before. I was unable to handle the attacks on a daily basis and had to be put on anti anxiety medication. It definitely helped but knew I would eventually become addicted to them. It was suggested I try Meditation but I was very skeptical that would help. However, after only four times and practicing at home I was able to cut my dosage in half and be able to sleep. Now I have already reached a point where I don't need the medication at all unless I have a very stressful day and my panic attacks are few and far between. I belong to a bereavement group and have suggested this method to them as well. Thank you again and I hope the sessions will continue. Sincerely,
M prasad paliyath prasad paliyath : 9 month ago: I have a great time in this class. The instructor takes care of each one individually and never pushes us beyond our limits. And for people with problem areas she teaches poses that target those area and makes it better.
Janet Pini : 4 months ago Pratibha's nurturing style is wonderful classes are fun, energetic and full of positive energy. It's evident she cares for each one of her students. She focuses on so much more than just stretching, her classes stress total mind/body health. I could take classes at studios closer to my home but I choose to travel to her, she is just that worth it. I've also taken classes with her while pregnant, and yoga helped make my pregnancy so much more comfortable.
Judith Arnold 9 months ago- I have practiced yoga with several teachers and none can match Pratibha. Her Gentle Yoga class has helped me to stretch both my mind and my body and her meditation and relaxation class has helped me to focus, Pratibha is the only yoga instructor I would want to take classes with.

A Yahoo Local User08/12/2010 The gentle/beginner yoga classes and workshops have helped me with both relaxation and relieving some physical aliments. Pratibha balances the push for that deeper stretch with modifying poses to accomodate physical limitations. She creates an inclusive, nurturing and peaceful environment. I look forward to our session each week. I also find her audio mediation CD very helpful.

She provides her students with much knowledge regarding relaxation techniques & breathing exercises she also gives each student the individual attention they need for their practice whether novice or experienced. I always feel great after class & I highly recommend this prenatal class to every expecting mom!
A Yahoo Local User04/03/2008 This class is always a wonderful experience it leaves me relaxed and refreshed. The small class size enables the instructor to tailor the exercises to each person's ability. It is non-competitive and great for beginners or those who already have had some yoga lessons.
Tom: 04/01/2008 You cannot ask for a better Yoga teacher. She works at your level, shows you what you should do, helps you when it is not working for you, and is extremely patient and calming. We have been attending her classes for over 8 months and are very happy.
YogaR03/17/2008 The BEST yoga instructor! She is knowledgeable, takes the time to teach you properly and checks your correct positioning. Breathing techniques she teaches are fabulous.
