Here, you will find Programs for Adults, therapeutic yoga, Seniors and for the entire family, to help you De-Stress and Re-energize. This is a traditional Yoga Practice and all our learnings and teachings come from the ancient, traditional, authentic sources from the ancient Indian Rishis(spiritual teachers/the wise men-women) including Patanjali's Yoga sutras and Bhagwad Gita. Please remember- physical practice is a very small portion of YOGA. Your connection with the mind- body and the often ignored tiny voice within is what you need to find.
