Learn to heal in mind and body to release stress with authentic traditional and therapeutic yoga techniques. Our meditation sessions are great for stress management and relaxation.
For the class, You will need:
- A yoga mat
- A water bottle
- Have loose and comfortable clothing for yoga/meditation
- No loose Jewelry
- No heavy foods 90 minutes prior to class
All Class Attendance is only by prepayment and preregistration.

All Yoga therapy sessions are based on individual therapy program requirements.
Private sessions: $125 per one hour session.
Corporate Classes
On-Site Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and Stress Management Sessions for corporate environments. $125.00 per one hour session.
Full Payment with registration is required before the first class.
Classes are 60 minutes long unless otherwise noted.
Please note: we cannot offer refunds after start of class session.
