7.15 pm to 8.30 pm Forming - gentle/Beginner Family YOGA ( ages 6 yrs and up)
Tuesday
7.15 pm to 8.30 pm Gentle/Beginner Yoga
Wednesday
7.15 pm to 8.30 pm Mixed level Gentle/Beginner Yoga
Thrusday
7.00 pm to 8.00 pm Children's Summer Yoga (Aug 2010 4 classes)
Friday
7.15 pm to 8.15 pm Relaxation and Stress Management (fall session)

Preregistration and Prepayment required to ensure spots

Yoga workshop Pricing
8 class package $120.00 (To be used in 8 weeks)
10 class package $150.00 (To be used in 10 weeks)
12 class package $172.00 (To be used in 12 weeks)
Semi Private classes $25.00 per class (up to 4 member class)
special events and teacher training workshops pricing will be by events.
No refunds please.
Due to the progressive nature of the class - we will take new members
into the workshops. (If room available)
Payment required before first class.
Workshop Classes are now 75 minutes long unless otherwise noted.
Drop ins: $20.00 per class (if space available)
class Maybe cancelled if minimum members not registered.
